- 1 AI message = one reply from your assistant. Your visitors' messages are never counted, only replies.
- Every reply costs the same, whether it is the first of a conversation or the tenth. There is no session window to keep track of.
- Live assistant slots count enabled assistants only. Draft and archived assistants do not count toward your plan.
- Pages are the crawled or uploaded pages your account keeps indexed, pooled across all your assistants. The allowance is a lifetime cap rather than a monthly reset, so deleting pages frees it back up.
- Unusually large pages may count as more than one page under fair use.
- Your plan sets how long conversations are kept. Once a conversation passes that window it is deleted.
- You can export your conversations at any time on any plan, including Free. Moving to a longer plan widens the window from then on; it does not restore conversations already deleted.
- The Free plan stops at the monthly limit instead of charging surprise overages.
